Introduction to Wine is a one day course in which participants will learn wine basics from the vineyard to the bottle plus grape varieties and major wine producing countries. Highlights include tasting major wine varieties with emphasis on differentiating between varieties. Additional attention is given to proper wine service as well as detecting and dealing with faults in wine.
- Requirement: Applicant age must be over 20 years old
- Examination: Closed-book, 50 multiple-choice questions
- Exam duration: 60 Minutes
- Passing Grade: 55%
- Certification: Certificate of completion by APBA/ Pass Certificate by APBA (if pass)
