1. Suki yaki : Thai style suki yaki or hot pot with marinated meat and vegetable served with special mix red tofu sauce
2. Stir-fried suki yaki with marinated meat, vegetables and egg with special red tofu sauce
3. Broad noodles with marinated pork and gravy
4. Stir-fried broad noodles with marinated pork, green vegetables and egg with blak soy sauce
5. Stir-fried broad noodles with hot sauce, seafood and vegetables (Drunken Noodles)
6. Fried egg noodles with shredded chicken meat, bamboo shoot and Chinese chieve with gravy
7. Braod noodles with curry powder sauce and minced chicken meat served with poached egg
8. Stir-fried macaroni with tomato sauce and marinated pork (Thai style)

THAI MODERN WOMEN COOKING SCHOOL
The Modern Woman Cooking School is now open Thai cooking class for foreigner both individual class and large group from 15 – 30 persons include the Cooking activates such as Team building and cooking competition.
The Modern Woman Cooking School provides an immersive experience in traditional Thai cooking and Thai culture. Students will learn how to prepare and cook many of favourite Thai dishes from our extensive list of recipes with experienced teacher.

The Modern Woman Cooking School is one of the oldest Thai authentic culinary school which was established since 4th July 1979, the school has been instructed by Mr. Polsri Kachacheewa who is the professional of radio and T.V. programs concerning the house cooking and food preparing.
He is the professional of food magazine and the nutrition expert. “The school curriculums have been approved and accredited by Ministry of Education”
The school is now has been organised to be “The National Skill Standard for Thai Cook Testing Centre” approved by Department of Skill Development Thailand
