ASSESSMENT
There are 2 Units in the final examination.
Unit 1 is assessed by a closed book examination of 50 Multiple-Choice Questionnaire and 4 Short Written Answer Paper.
Unit 2 is assessed by a Blind Tasting of 2 Wines.
